Here's today's tip of the day:

A Gentle Stretch to Ease Back Pain: Cat & Cow Flow. If you’ve done yoga, you’re probably familiar with this one. Get onto all fours, hands under shoulders, knees under hips. Round your back and gaze towards your belly. Then drop your belly and bring your gaze forward. Continue on each breath for a minute. I incorporate this flow every single day! Back pain be gone.
